How good is your Squardon/Wing?

Postby Nap » Fri Jun 22, 2007 2:49 pm

Hey guys,

The IDFL would like to ask a question that seems to be unpopular within the Falcon Community.

How good is your Squardon/Wing? Is it amateur or professional?

How do you determine the answer? Does it depend on:
  • The number of members?
  • Who your membership consists of?
  • The availability of training?
  • The Number of dedicated servers you have available?
  • How closely your organisation mirrors the military?

Lets hear your thoughts.

Cheers,
Nap

The Aggressor Order is the best F4 squadron

We mess around but we take care of business.

How do you determine the answer?

We have fun while at the same time attempting to employ real world tactics.

We're up and coming. We train almost daily on a specific aspect (SEAD, STRIKE, BVR, ACM), as well as developing effective comms and team unity. There are quite a few wing members I see flying consistently together, these folks are beginning to forge a working relationship which is highly proficient in the task at hand, along with the personal level development to "shoot the breeze" during down time, much like the RL forces do.

We have much yet to learn and achieve, and I'm certainly NOT saying we're the best out there... but I feel we can put up a good fight in most any situation given the talent, hard work, and teamwork philosophy of our members. Add to this the tactical and strategic "wisdom" of our command staff (and honored guests, you know who you are), we may very well be a force to be reckoned with!
