Update to Changing Own Status

Here is an update to the earlier announcement about updating your own status.
After a little bit of initial confusion, we've decided that the Admins should be responsible for maintaining the Challenge Status of vPilots.
This is mainly due to the fact that the person being challenged could take a while to update their status and therefore cause the information shown on the ladder to be confusing.
So we have removed the "In Challenge" link from the Web League page.
However vPilots will be expected to maintain their Leave Status using the "rollcall" link.
NOTE that you cannot go On Leave while you have a challenge in progress. You must first do one of the following:
* Fly the match,
* seek agreement from your opponent to void the match, or
* forfeit the match.
When determining who you can challenge, do not include vPilots who are red on the ladder in your calculation, since they are On Leave.
These changes apply to 1v1, 2v2, and FoF leagues.
If you have any questions, please ask the admins.
